 As a Commercial Real Estate Consultant with CHARTER, Jack Bent is a marketing expert with a solid record of achievement in sales and marketing.
Experienced in the sales/leasing of office buildings, sports facilities and apartment communities, Jack’s focus is on the sales and leasing of industrial/investment properties. In 2007 Jack was recognized as a top producer at CHARTER and his sales and leasing successes have been periodically reported in the Rochester Business Journal and New York State Real Estate Journal.
Prior to his career in real estate, Jack had over thirty years experience at Eastman Kodak Company in Albuquerque, NM, Dallas, TX, and Rochester, NY. He held positions in technical sales, and marketing management for the Copy Products, Graphic Imaging, and Kodak’s Health Imaging Division.
After leaving the Eastman Kodak Company, Jack held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing for The Ide Radiology Group, P.C. of Rochester, NY. Additionally, Jack was the Corporate Sales Director for First American Title Insurance Corporation of New York.
Jack earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Texas. He is active in his community, with service at the LPGA tournament, the United Way, and a city youth scholarship and caddy program. He is a member of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR), New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR), and the Pittsford Rotary.
Jack’s experience in sales and marketing as well as his ability to establish positive relationships with the business and legal communities makes him a great asset to his clients.
